Moreover, courier services will increase in importance for individuals, due to the increasing adoption of the concepts of re-Commerce (pre-owned) and reversed logistics (return), but also due to the actual growth of this segment – the estimates shows that the number of individuals will increase in the coming years from approximately 6 million to over 8.5 million users.
