Team Leader

RESPONSibilities

  • Planning and organizing daily activities following the company’s objectives.
  • Coordination and motivation of the team so as to reach its optimal level of performance.
  • Periodic preparation of statistical and performance reports requested by management.
  • Ensuring the development and maintenance of work policies and procedures, offering a professional service.
  • Carry out other direct operational activities, according to the job description (courier, local operational activities).

  • Experience in coordinating a team;
  • Experience in results and implementation of successful practices
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Microsoft Office – Word , Excel, Outlook;
  • Driving license type B
