Your wish is our command! We know how important it is to pay easily, quickly and securely.

That is why we have implemented 4 payment options. Choose your favorite method.

Method 1

Card payment to the courier

  • The most used and secure payment method. We recommend you the most convenient and secure way of paying directly to the courier, using any type of paying card.
  • You just have to let the courier know that you want to pay for your shipment by card. After making the payment, the courier will provide you with a confirmation of the transaction.

Method 2

Cash payment

  • For those moments when you have cash on hand.
  • You can pay cash on delivery directly to the courier and at selected Cargus SHIP & GO points.If you collect your shipment from a SHIP & GO point, you can pay cash only if it is a Cargus own location.
  • If you collect your shipment from a SHIP & GO point, you can pay cash only if it is a Cargus own location.

Method 3

Cargus mobile app payment

  • For the moments when you don’t have cash on hand.
  • You can pay for your delivery directly from the Cargus Mobile app, even if you initially chose to pay cash.
  • Check your AWB number in the app and pay with your card pressing the Pay Now button.

Online payment with secure payment link

  • Pay for your shipment easily and quickly at the SHIP & GO points via payment link.
  • When your shipment arrives at the SHIP & GO point, you receive a notification in the application, in your e-mail or by text message with a payment link secured by the payment processor EuPlatesc.ro.
  • If you are already at the Cargus SHIP & GO point and you decide that you want to pay online, ask the staff to generate a payment link for you on the spot and pay for your shipment before collecting the package.
